ICE stands for Integrated Core Exercise We are a family run business and have been operating in Wandsworth for over 10 years.

Myself, Clinton, and together with my wife Lea, we own this family-run business. We’ve been established here now for 15 years, and we still have a few of those original clients training with us today.
Lea and I run the business, and we also have other qualified professionals working with us, who use our studio space.
We specialise in functional movement. Lea is also a dedicated women’s specialist, supporting ladies through pre and postnatal care, perimenopause, and menopause – guiding women through every stage of life.
Between us, we hold Level 3 Advanced Personal Training qualifications, alongside certifications in Pilates, Functional Movement, Women’s Health, and a Certificate in Functional Applied Science. What truly sets us apart is our deep anatomical understanding. We don’t just train isolated muscles; we prioritise integrated movement quality, mobility and stability, 3D movement patterns and fascia – the connective tissue that integrates and connects your whole body together.
We use this approach for all kinds of fitness goals, including weight management, sport-specific training and conditioning, and physical aesthetics.
When you come in, your first session is a full 3D assessment looking at all 44 joint movements using 3D MAPS movement and performance system, to find out how your body moves in a three-dimensional space. We don’t just look for weaknesses, but rather where you might have limits or restrictions. We then create a bespoke programme designed specifically for you, so you can thrive in your daily life.
Whether you are a golfer wanting to improve your game, preparing for motherhood, or just want to run around with the kids or play football, we help you do what you love with a much lower risk of injury. Our main goal is longevity – keeping you moving and mobile for life. In fact, our oldest client was 90 years old and our youngest client is fourteen.
We work closely with physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, and myofascial therapists. We have vast experience in rehabilitation, including spinal surgeries, hip and knee replacements, and various injuries. And if you come in with any issues, we can adjust the exercise protocol right there on the spot to keep you moving well.
It is also important to know that we are not physiotherapists. Our strength is to integrate and rehabilitate the injury back into the body once it is ready.
Our studio is small, private, and very comfortable. We only ever have up to three trainers working at any one time, so it’s never crowded. It’s a safe space, perfect if you feel nervous or intimidated by big gyms.
