You can exercise in privacy in our exclusive, fully equipped gym in Wandsworth, which ensures 100% attention from your personal trainer with the aim of delivering fast, safe and effective results. If you prefer we can arrange personal training from your home, workplace or local park, anywhere across South West London (Wandsworth, Clapham, Putney, Wimbledon, Southfields, Earlsfield, Balham, Battersea and Fulham). Free Consultation

If you have any questions or would like to meet your personal trainer before committing, you can come in for a free consultation, this is just an informal chat lasting approx. 15 mins where you can let us know what it is you would like to achieve and we can let you know how we can help. We can also discuss the different packages available to you to make sure you are getting the most cost-effective option for your particular requirements.

First Session

In your first session you will be asked to complete a full medical & lifestyle questionnaire and we will decide your goals, we will also discuss your current/previous exercise habits and diet. Your personal trainer will then carry out a fitness assessment which will include biometrics such as weight & body fat %, an assessment of you CV fitness, strength, flexibility, posture and core stability. The information gathered in this first session will form the basis of your programme and will provide us with a baseline from which to monitor future progress.
