Experience the power of Chakradance is a small, safe group setting.
Chakradance provides a sacred and nurturing space where you can surrender to your own experiences, become more in tune with your chakra system and use these dynamic moving meditations to relax your mind body and soul.
Chakradance classes and workshops are held in a darkened room, lit only by candle light. In this ‘sacred space’ we begin to transition from our outer, everyday life, into our rich inner, imaginative world.
In each Chakradance class or workshop, you will be guided into your own experience of each chakra using specific music, guided visualisations, mandala art-making and dynamic moving meditations.
Dancing the seven chakras is like dancing into seven different inner landscapes, each with its own lessons, meanings and stories. We explore our instincts, sexuality, and power, how we love and communicate, our intuition and our spirituality.
The process of Chakradance involves letting the movements emerge spontaneously as you surrender to the music of each chakra. It feels like entering into a waking dream. You may see images in your mind’s eye, recall memories or gain insights related to each chakra. You may also feel emotions or physical sensations. It’s a gentle unfolding, an awakening of who you really are.

Awakening – Intro Class
CLASS LENGTH: 60 MINUTES
It is a wonderful Introduction to Chakradance, so you can get a feel for this practice before deciding to commit to a whole cycle in greater depth.
Awakening – 9 Week Cycle
CLASS LENGTH: 90 MINUTES PER CLASS
The Awakening Cycle is designed for both beginners and regular Chakradance participants. It begins with an introductory overview, and goes on to explore a different major chakra each week, before concluding with an integration class.
This cycle will gently awaken each of your seven chakras and help you to discover where your energy is flowing.
WORKSHOP LENGTH: 180 MINUTES
Experience the dance of all 7 chakras in one celebratory workshop. Guided by music and imagery resonating to the chakras, be taken on a dynamic dance journey through your own energy centres.
It feels like a spiritual dance party. No judgement. Pure freedom!

Personalised and highly effective
Clint is amazingly good at keeping the session interesting as well as listening to your body and tailoring it each week. He is full of things to think about away from the gym as well so really beneficial and he was always understanding when i hadn’t been healthy. You can see he is generally enthused by all things health so make sure you ask him what his latest ideas are. Also great for people like my wife who is not very sporty.
