What to expect when training with us?
We won’t teach you how to play golf; instead, we make sure your body has all the requirements to facilitate a great golf swing.
We at Integrated Core Exercise believe that understanding the chain reaction and biomechanics of the swing is key to training and perfecting it. Why? If one of the links is not mobile enough, you will not deliver the swing that you want.
The swing is a three-dimensional movement that needs the ankles, hips, and other joints to move through all planes of motion. All exercises are performed in three planes along the swing path required.
Our functional golf system focuses on each individual part of the swing from the backswing into the impact position through the finish.
This allows us to assess all the vital (joint) motions required in a golf swing starting at the feet and moving up through the chain until to deliver your best swing.
Our program will have fun and exciting exercises that look and feel like the golf that you want to play.
